Actually, I dont agree with you. Sports is a very good thing for your health and for your fitness. I suggest you to wake up early and do some exercises. Go to sports centre and work on your sports there. I suggest playing football. You shouldnt just watch matches from football in TV, but try to play it and practice it. Also, voleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, swimming and other sports are very good. Of course, reading books is very good, for everyone. I think you should make a time table for the day. Sometimes, do sports, do exercises, do your homework and read books. And try to listen to your parents, they are saying to do sports, then do it, even if you dont like it, unless do it for your parents, they will be proud of you.  

I prefer doing voleyball, swimming,tennis and of course, football. On Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, I go to swimming. On Mondays I prefer going to voleyball, I am training for the olympic game from voleyball for children around the world! On Wednesdays and Sundays I go to tennis and football is just my hobby. I play football at home and at school in breaks and at P.E. Even if I dont have time for relaxing, I like doing sports very much! I suggest this for you, too......
