How do you learn new words?

Если был нужен перевод... А если это вопрос, то:
At first i read this words a few times. After I trying to remember these words. If some words difficult for me i write it on my hand to make it easier for learn.

To learn new words, l read them many times and speak them out. It really helps me. Sometimes l speak these words in my head.
