I have a friend, who in my opinion is a great leader. And why do i think so, you may ask? Well, he has all of the characteristics of a leader, such as: accountability, resilience, empathy and positivity. He also has a great mind, finds solutions even to the hardest problems. I have known him for quite a while, and he has never lost hope. He has encountered many difficulties throughout his long life, but he never stopped thinking about the good and positive.

As Steve Jobs once said “Management is about persuading people to do things they do not want to do, while leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could.” I think he is trying to highlight, that a good leadership is always about group work and only through inspiring each-other we can achieve impressive results.
