Используется , чтобы показать рутину, научные факты и др.

Утверждение - Местоимение + глагол ( если he, she, it к глаголу добавляем окончание -s, -es)

Отрицание - Местоимение + doesn't/don't + глагол (В ЛЮБОМ СЛУЧАЕ БЕЗ ОКОНЧАНИЯ)

Вопрос - Do/ does + местоимение + глагол (В ЛЮБОМ СЛУЧАЕ БЕЗ ОКОНЧАНИЯ)

Present Continuous- настоящее длительное

Используется, чтобы показать длительность действия

Утверждение - Местоимение + to be (am, is, are) + глагол с окончанием -ing

Отрицание - Местоимение + to be + not + глагол с окончанием -ing

Вопрос - To be + местоимение + глагол с окончанием -ing

Важно: глаголы чувств (то , что мы делаем постоянно) не употребляют а Continuous, но бывают исключения.
