Hi! I understand you so well. When had my finals last year I could barely eat and sleep! It was a terrible time. What I did to ease the situation is making a schedule of studies and breaks. For example, I would study for an hour and then have a rest for 15 minutes. This way I was preparing effectively and got less tired. I also suggest you have a day during the week when you wont even touch your textbooks. Go outside, watch a movie, just relax. Trust me - it works. And all in all, dont worry. I know you are studying hard and you will have great results at the exam for sure. Take care. c:
