Sport is really important for our body and health. It helps you to keep your body type very healthy. People should do sport everyday, actually. But, because, right now, people are getting lazy and lazy everyday, so they are not trainnig, like they used to.
Sport has different types of its` structure. It, also, has different meanings. For men and for women that`s different. And, of course, it applies of that persons manature. For guys, it`s good to have muscules, and good running skills. For girls, they don`t need muscle tarinning, may be a bit, iall they need is to keep their body type. For them being slim is the last option.
There are many ways of trainning, that we can have. I like sport, and my favourite on - is Badminton. It has 9 precedure, and it`s perfectly lies on our organism, where every organ within it`s organell can have it`s own tarinning. I like it, because it`s really interesting to have a match. Your reactions, attention, and velocity all connected with it`s one sport. It`s really healthful one of all those types of sport, and it`s not that hard.
So, in my opinion, we should pick and sign for Badminton, i promise you, that you wouldn`t regret it. Let`s just have a try.
