In my opinion the school without teachers is  nonsense. Thats why understanding, caring, high qualified and creative teachers are very important in the modern school.Theachers activity wont be effective without eager and willing pupils because we come to school  first to get knowledge and not only to chat and communicate with peers.The third factor is frienddly atmosphere and a lot of up-date equipment. Two these facts will help pupils to get wknowledge.Serious school is impossible without time-tested traditions created by pupils and teachers. Culture begins with taboo thats why effective rules and regulations are important too. All the rest facts are good and useful and pleasant but not necessary. Teachers and pupils occupy the first place in this list not a swimming pool or good school grounds.
